FEC - Microelectronics

FEC's main activity is the microelectronics circuit design. Our solutions can be found in various areas like in instruments for photon science applications or in high-energy physics experiments, and beam diagnostics systems. The circuits are typically designed for sensor-near applications, where the readout and processing of signals must comply with high integration density, low noise, high sensitivity and accuracy as well as high bandwidth and low power consumption. We assist our customers with applications oriented testability studies and process definitions, develop prototypes, and carry out small series productions. Key developments include
